The Climate Entrepreneurship Series kicks off its 2026-2027 programming with a panel on climate investing and entrepreneurship featuring Rupesh Jeyaram, WG’24, CEO and Founder of Revise Robotics, and Gillian Francis, Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Rapid Ventures.

Tyler Wry, Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship, Director of the Wharton Impact Investing Research Lab, and Faculty Advisor for Social Entrepreneurship at Venture Lab, will moderate the panel. Speakers will share their thoughts on trends in capital flows, new technologies, startup opportunities in climate, and how capital and founders can find one another in the climate space. We’ll have time for student Q&A at the end, followed by a reception with food and drink!

The Climate Entrepreneurship Series is a collaboration between Penn Climate, Venture Lab, and Wharton Impact to provide students across Penn the ability to engage with speakers and mentors with climate innovation expertise. All students, regardless of where they are in their climate or venture journey, are invited to take part in events and special mentoring opportunities.
