Join Penn Sustainability and the Cobbs Creek Park Ambassadors for a cleanup along Cobbs Creek, a environmental amenity nestled in West Philadelphia. Transportation to and from campus, snacks, and cleanup supplies will be provided. Students, faculty, staff, and guests are all welcome. Take this opportunity to connect with a local grassroots volunteer organization, help restore Philadelphia’s open spaces, and enjoy time outdoors. Registration is required.
Meet at the Penn Bookstore at 1:30PM for transportation.
This event was originally scheduled for January 25 for the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Commemorative Symposium on Social Change. Due to the snowstorm that week, it was postponed to March 1.
